That means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to support ideation, content drafting, summarization, and process improvement\u2014not to replace human expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any content produced using AI is reviewed and approved by a human before being published or shared externally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not input confidential or sensitive client information into public AI tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not use AI to generate fake reviews, impersonate individuals, or create misleading content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We train our teams to use AI responsibly and evaluate outputs for accuracy, bias, and originality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also believe AI should enhance our people\u2019s growth\u2014not replace it.
