{"id":463,"date":"2014-09-01T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-01T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.ironmarkusa.com\/cps-gumpert-changes-its-name-to-ironmark\/"},"modified":"2026-07-22T17:47:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-22T21:47:04","slug":"cps-gumpert-changes-its-name-to-ironmark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ironmarkusa.com\/cps-gumpert-changes-its-name-to-ironmark\/","title":{"rendered":"CPS Gumpert Changes its Name to Ironmark"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hunt Valley and Annapolis, Maryland \u2013 September 1, 2014 \u2013 <\/strong>CPS Gumpert, a company with its roots in the traditional print industry, that also offers image development and marketing communications services, announced a corporate rebranding that includes a name change to Ironmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The announcement comes after three years of growth following the 2011 merger of two established printing service companies \u2013 Frank Gumpert Printing, founded in 1955 and based in Annapolis, and Corporate Printing Solutions founded in 2001 in Hunt Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merged firm was re-named CPS Gumpert at that time, combining CPS\u2019s print management and graphic design capabilities with Gumpert\u2019s strong offset and digital print operation. The merged company experienced exceptional growth offering offset, digital and large format printing, graphic design and web development, event promotions and promo products and e-comm services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next step in the CPS Gumpert merger \u2013 a complete rebranding effort \u2013 is taking place with a new name, logo, revised website and social media components. Delivery trucks carrying the new Ironmark brand recently went into service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIronmark is a combination of two powerful words. \u2018Iron\u2019 conveys the strength of our company and our partnerships with our clients. \u2018Mark\u2019 is the strong impression we can help our customers achieve whether it\u2019s with their branding, printed materials, tradeshow display or online storefront,\u201d said Jeff Ostenso, Ironmark CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhat we really like is the new tag line \u2013 \u2018An Image Company\u2019 \u2013 because each of the services we offer impacts the image our customers are trying to achieve in their marketplaces,\u201d said Scott Hargest, Ironmark President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ironmark now has 110 employees serving clients in the Mid-Atlantic market. <strong>About Ironmark \/ <\/strong>\u2028Ironmark is an image company serving the Mid-Atlantic market.
